WOLF THEISS Award in the field of business law

Deadline: 31/03/2010

WOLF THEISS RECHTSANWÄLTE GmbH (WOLF THEISS) is offering the WOLF THEISS Award 2010, amounting to EUR 12,000, for an outstanding academic paper in the field of Austrian, European or international business law, the contents of which are related to Austria or a country in Central, Eastern or South-Eastern Europe.

In addition to the prize money, the winning paper will be published in the WOLF THEISS Award Series by the Neuer Wissenschaftliche Verlag (publishing house), with WOLF THEISS bearing the publication costs. If a paper has already been published or a publication contract has been signed with a publisher, the respective publication may still be submitted for the WOLF THEISS Award. In this case, however, the winner would only be awarded the prize money. The jury of experts decides, preferably every quarter, on the inclusion of a paper in the WOLF THEISS Award Series, but at the latest together with the decision on the awarding of the prize money, so that the selected papers may be published as quickly as possible.
