Masaryk University (MU) in Brno is the second largest university in the Czech Republic and the largest in Moravia, with 9 faculties of more than 200 departments, institutes and clinics. Because of the big number of applicants every year, MU is the most selective university in the Czech Republic. How to apply

MU offers various Master’s and doctoral degree programmes taught in languages other than Czech. The objective is to make the study accessible for talented students and young scientists from abroad, especially from adjacent countries, who can study either in Czech or in a foreign language. Students have the right to attend a free intensive course of the Czech language, which they may need later in connection with practicums.
