EBC*L Champions League

Open to: high school students (from 16 years), university students, employees and entrepreneurs (younger then 30 years)
Prices: first 3 places from each 3 categories will be invited to the International Competition in January, 2011 in Vienna

The EBC*L CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2010 is a prestigious event organized by EBC*L (The European Business Competence* License) International based in Vienna. EBC*L is a standardized examination and certification system for: “practice-oriented business knowledge” designed to ensure internationally comparable results.
The EBC*L Champions League objective is to became the largest international competition of business competencies in Europe, and the largest international competition of business plans in Europe.

EBC*L has over 33 member countries worldwide, and from 2007 Republic of Macedonia is a member.

The aim is to establish the EBC*L in Europe, and thus also in the country in which the licensee is resident, as a recognized standard for business management studies. It is therefore intended to offer the EBC*L as widely as possible and to maintain high quality standards. These goals are shared by all contractual partners.

The project incorporates the most important educational and political goals of the EU like support for business competencies and entrepreneurial skills, Lifelong Learning, mobility and a more intensive, supranational interchange.

Than they will be invited to the National Competition in November 2010, in which they will have as an assignment one business Case Study to work on from the Level A. The national competition will take place in Skopje, so the participants will do the Case Study on Macedonian or Albanian language.

The first 3 places from each 3 categories will be invited to the International Competition in January, 2011 in Vienna, when they will try to work and solve business problem on English language. The prices will be announced from EBC*L International.

The whole competition is divided into two parts:

  • National competition and
  • International competition

On national level the prices will be for each 3 categories, so there will be 9 very interesting and motivating reasons for each participant to be part of the EBC*L Champions League 2010. Beside the prices, all expenses for the 9 winners will be covered. On international Level the awards are made for the best individual performance and the best country (highest amount of points made together by participants per Level per country).

  • High school students (from 16 years)
  • University students
  • Employees and Entrepreneurs (younger then 30 years)

The participants will be eligible to participate if they have EBC*L Certificate Level A in Macedonian or Albanian Language.
