MA Scholarships at College of Europe in BE and PL

The College of Europe can offer a significant number of scholarships to graduates from the European neighbourhood policy countries for post-graduate studies to its Bruges or Natolin (Warsaw) campus during the academic year 2010-2011.

These scholarships cover academic expenses, accommodation and meals.

Eligibility

The countries concerned are: Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, the Palestinian Authority, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine.

All applicants to the College of Europe must hold a relevant university degree. Admission to the College of Europe requires either a Bologna Master’s degree, or a pre-Bologna equivalent degree, or a final university degree and at least 240 ECTS credits acquired in the course of one’s university studies. Holders of a three-year Bachelor degree (180 ECTS) are also eligible provided they demonstrate strong qualification in relation to the academic programme for which they apply.

Equivalence will be determined on the basis of objective criteria.

The two working languages of the College are English and French. A good working knowledge of both is an essential condition for admission. The College requires all students to have a level of B2 on the Common European Framework language scales, for both languages. For students of the Economics and the EU International Relations and Diplomacy departments there are special language requirements. More information can be found here.

Candidates must submit a formal application for admission, which consists of an online application. The deadline is 15 april 2010.
