Corruption affects everyone in the world, it ruins individual lives and affects entire communities. Fair Play – Anti-Corruption Youth Voices is a global music competition organized in partnership by JMI and the World Bank Institute.
The impact of corruption on our communities cannot be accurately conveyed in numbers or reports. To understand how it affects the lives of people, we must listen to their voices.
This competition is open to any solo artist, band or group whose members are between 18-35 years of age, from any country.
# All songs must be original (no covers).
# Videos may be edited or live.
# Any video already submitted to the 2010 Fair Play edition cannot be re-submitted, and artists who entered the 2010 competition are welcome to enter again with a different video.
# Each artist/band/group may submit only one (1) entry.
# Lyrics may be in any language, however artists are required to submit an English translation of the lyrics with the their entry.
The 3 winning entries will win a trip to Kenya to participate in the 2nd Global Anti-Corruption Forum and perform live in Nairobi. And the band that receives the most online votes for their video will receive a studio session worth $2000!
