The National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), colloquially known as “Vyshka” (“Highie”, also literally watchtower), in Moscow, is a Russian University specializing in social sciences. It was founded in 1992, later it expanded into other social sciences and began educating managers, lawyers and sociologists. In October 2009 the HSE received the status of a National Research University. Currently, there are 19 faculties and schools in the HSE and around 15 000 students.

In order to register for any of the programs:
1. Fill in a Registration form;
2. Send it with all necessary documents. The list of documents may be found in the Registration form;
3. After reviewing your application you will be sent you an Acceptance letter;
4. Shortly after that you will receive an Invitation letter (for you to get the visa)

The Scholarship offers a number of highly talented prospective students the opportunity to pursue a study abroad program (BA, MA levels) at the National Research University – Higher School of Economics.
