Anonymous.d is an open to all design platform (Collaborative workshop) that rewards creative achievements based on nothing but true talent and hard work. Anonymous.d wishes to challenge anonymous designers with simple everyday banalities and bring their creativity to the front of the international design scene.
The challenge of The Next Anonymous Designer competition is to design:
1. An arm chair / 2.An ottoman & table set / 3.A low stool and table set.
Any of these objects have to be unique in their conception and represent an original way of using them. For example: If you choose to design a chair, your design will have to represent a sort of chair on which people suppose to sit on or suppose to think of, as an object they would use for sitting but might be surprised to discover something else… You can only design one of the described objects for every submission you will be sending.

Rules
Anonymous.d is looking for original responses… Something simple and unique that hasn’t been seeing before. Don’t hesitate to explore extreme design applications where the physical definition of the object and its obvious functionalities do not necessarily come together. Such approach might just create new types of objects that we are not familiar with but represent an urgent need for breaking everyday banality.
Your submission will consist of one 4000px X 2600px image. Within this digital space you will have the freedom of showing anything that best represent your proposal along with a descriptive text of up to 500 words.
Prizes
The prizes bellow show the minimum amounts granted to every winner regardless of the number of registrants. For every paid 100 registrants (you can register for: free, $50 & $100 depending on date, see schedule HERE), $2,500 will be added to the minimum amount shown bellow.
1st Prize
- A prize of 1500 US$ will be granted to the winning team
- Individual page on anonymousd.com featuring a video interview with the designers.
- Full coverage of the team members and object on anonymousd.com as well as in the anonymous.d annual publication.
- Joining anonymous.d collaborative workshop. (a constantly changing and developing design group)
- Project will also be published on other related online communities.
2nd Prize
- A prize of 1000 US$ will be granted to the winning team
- Individual page on anonymousd.com featuring a video interview with the designers.
