Description
The Laboratory of Theory of Biopolymer, University of Warsaw, Poland is pleased to announce an opening call for positions within the TEAM programme. The research Lab is looking for MSc students to work in their project aimed at development of new modeling tools for structure and dynamics prediction of proteins and other biomolecules.
Students will work in ‘Development and integration of new multiscale modeling tools for molecular biology: structure, dynamics and thermodynamics’ project.
- Institute of Crystallography of CNR (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche) in Bari, Italy
- International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA) in Trieste, Italy
- The Research Institute at Nationwide Childrens Hospital, Columbus, USA
Key responsibilities include:
1. Completion of MSc thesis within “Development and integration of new multiscale modeling
tools for molecular biology: structure, dynamics and thermodynamics” project.
2. Work in close collaboration with other project participants
Maximum period for the stipend is 24 months and only 3 students will be chosen for this scholarship.
Eligibility
1. Students who have completed at least the third year of Chemistry or MISMaP studies
2. Interest in bioinformatics and development of molecular modeling tools
3. English literacy
