Description

The annual Hannah Arendt Prize competition is for anyone interested in the juncture of art and creative research and in the principles at the heart of the arts and humanities, including sense-based intelligence; the reality of singular, nonrepeatable phenomena; ethical vision; and consilience between inner and outer, nature and reason, thought and experience, subject and object, self and world.

Eligibility

Contest is open to all interested.

Application

To apply: Fill out the second page of the PDF application form and write a 1,000-word essay on the theme given below.

Email the completed application and the essay (in a .doc or .pdf format) to ctcrprize@pnca.edu

The best entry will receive a cash prize of $2,000. Winner shall be announced by Sunday, April 15, 2012.
