ReSouk 2012 – EMUNI Student Research Multi-Conference

Description

EMUNI ResearchSouk is a multi-conference simultaneously implemented by EMUNI members in different countries of the Euro-Mediterranean region. It is a students’ research conference where participants are stimulated to present their project on one of the following :

  • De-pollution of the Mediterranean
  • Maritime and Land Highways
  • Civil Protection
  • Alternative Energies
  • Higher Education and Research
  • The Mediterranean Business Development Initiative

ReSouk is an EMUNI contribution to multicultural dialogue and mutual understanding among people.

The topic of the 4th Euro-Mediterranean Student Research Multi-conference is Bridging Gaps in the Mediterranean Research Space. Participants are welcome to submit research papers or projects.

Eligibility

Students and researchers are welcomed to submit papers or presentation.

Application

Papers or projects need to be submitted directly to the contact person at the local organizer. List of contact points can be found on ReSouk website. Contributions of 1500 to 2000 words need to be written in English or French language. Presentations can be delivered in one of the languages of  the Union for the Mediterranean. All information about preparing the papers is available on ReSouk webpage.

Submissions can be of two types: research papers and projects. Projects are multimedia presentations (video, documentary, prototype…) that, despite not being formal papers, can  still make a contribution to the scope and aims of ReSouk 2012.

All accepted papers or project presentations will be published in conference proceedings. Best papers will be considered for publication in the International Journal of Euro-Mediterranean Studies.

Costs

Participation in the conference is free of charge.

      I don't think that ReSouk 2012 is going to be held in Albania. The nearest I could get to Albania is Kosovo, and the deadline for it is 6 April 2012.
