  1. Good afternoon, I have a Degree in Communications and Translations and a Master Degree in International Relations. I am not a student anymore, but I would like to know if I can apply for a PhD study program anyway even if at the moment I am not enrolled to any University. I would like to base my research in Bratislava with a research to be agreed with Amnesty International. Can I be eligible to apply for the National Scholarship Programme for Foreigners? Thank you very much. Best Regards, Elena
