The Macedonian Mentoring Network and its Mentorship Program pairs successful leaders in business with amazing young women starting their careers. This groundbreaking, 6-month program connects female role models in business and helps women develop their leadership potential and build specific skill sets necessary to thrive as leaders in our businesses and local communities.

Through a series of informative workshops, one-on-one mentor-mentee sessions, women make a difference in each others’ lives and learn how to succeed in their careers and lives. The Macedonian Mentoring Network has designed this program to increase women’s participation in management or leadership positions in Macedonia through combining mentorship and leadership skills development.

Macedonian Mentoring Network is very active in organizing business networks, including persons and organizations , so the effects of this kind of networking has positive impacts to the business owners and their business, trough development, expansion of their business, new contacts, connections, lobby and support, to learn and grow in entrepreneurial manner.

Through this open call, all interested students who want to be mentored in the future in its field of activity and education, can immediately apply and make a change in their life and career.

Eligibility

Applicants must be a student at one of the universities in Skopje (public or private).
