Description

The German-Russian portal To4ka -Treff, with the support of the Northern Arctic Federal UniversityGoethe Institut St. Petersburg and the Robert Bosch Foundation, is accepting applications for the “Ecology of the North” training, which will take place in Arkhangelsk, Russia, May 19-23.

The program will focus on creating professional materials on environmental issues such as pollution of the northern sea routes, oil production in the northern regions, poaching, water pollution and global warming, among others.

Eligibility

Environmental journalists aged 18 to 30 from Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan can participate in this training.

Costs

The organizers will support the cost of accommodation and meals, as well as the travel expenses of the participants. Applicants must have good knowledge of the German language.
