Description
The Visegrad Literary Residency Program is run in partnership of Villa Decius in Cracow with Institut umění in Prague, Petőfi Irodalmi Múzeum in Budapest and Literárne informačné centrum in Bratislava. Each of the partners is responsible for organizing the stay and securing accommodation and work space for a group of four literary residents (one from each V4 country), who will be working on their individual literary projects and also participating in literary events organized by the host. The program’s 2016 edition will enable 32 literary residents to carry their 6-week/3-month projects in the four host institutions in either given period: May 1–June 12 (Compact Spring Edition), or September 1–November 30 (Regular Autumn Edition).
Stipend
Selected residents will receive a stipend of €1,125 (Compact Spring Edition), or €2,250 (Regular Autumn Edition).
