Interested in entrepreneurship? Have an idea for a startup? Just getting started with your team and need help? Come learn from the best at Kyoto Startup Summer School, or KS³ for short, Japan’s premier entrepreneurship program conducted fully in English, based at the KYOTO Design Lab. KS³ brings together world-class entrepreneurs and educators who are passionate about raising the next generation of entrepreneurs interested in making a lasting change in the world.

KS³ is hosted at the Kyoto Institute of Technology in the historical city of Kyoto, known for its traditional crafts and high-tech industries. In the northern end of the city, KIT is easily accessible by subway from anywhere in the city including Kyoto Station. The summer school will take place from 21 August– 8 September 2017 in Kyoto, Japan.

Eligibility

Anyone who is interested in entrepreneurship and the craft of generating business ideas.

Benefits

All applicants living outside of Japan and flying to Japan for the primary purpose of attending KS³ will be able to attend the school free of charge.

How to apply?

There are two different applications. The one is for applicants new to entrepreneurship. Additionally, these applicants can apply in teams, from 2 to 5 members. The other application is for candidates with experience in this field who apply as individuals. If you are new to entrepreneurship and apply as a team you can apply here.
