  1. To my sheer delight I have now found srwemheoe I can buy Duck Confit. After a visit to France and sampling the mouth watering duck I have been pining for it ever since. I have searched the width and bredth of Australia and it cannot be bought here. We even bought fresh duck and duck fat and tried cooking it ourselves which was a complete and utter disaster. Thank you Audrey & Marco – im just about to place my first order now. Cheers.
