The University of Edinburgh and Coca-Cola will offer a number of scholarships for undergraduate study in any subject offered by the university. The scholarship will cover the full tuition fees and an annual maintenance allowance of £5,000 and will be tenable for the duration of the programme of study.
Eligibility
* The scholarships will be awarded to citizens from Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, and the Ukraine who are accepted for admission on a full-time basis for an undergraduate course of study.
* The scholarship is not available to students already on course.
* Applicants should have applied through UCAS, and should have been offered a place at the University of Edinburgh by the scholarship closing date of 17 June 2010.

I write from Bulgaria, and I have the following question:
I would like to know if the Coca-Cola scholarship is availavle for students from the listed countries who will be at their first year of studying, or students of second/third/fourth year (undergraduate)in thier native countries may also apply.
How the following condition is to be understood?
"The scholarship is not available to students already on course."

I would like to ask if there is a scolarship for a students on ethnology and antropology. Cause as I can see there is a school of languages and cultures and also archeology but I can't see ethnology or antropology. Is this included in some other school or there is no school of ethnology in Edinburgh.
Also, is this scolarship for the whole studies or only for a year?
