Face It! is an inspiring, international training course, designed for experienced facilitators who are active on local, national or international level and who have a keen interest in facilitating youth groups with an intercultural and/or international dimension. Through Non-Formal education methods and Self-directed learning  the participants are put in charge of their own learning. The general group-minded approach is replaced by a philosophy in which we focus on what each individual participant NEEDS to learn!

The team will provide the participants with safe space where each can experiment or fine-tune their facilitators  skills, knowledge and attitudes. Face It! offers you a unique opportunity to step into yourself and mark your way to be the best facilitator you can be!
