  1. I am doing my 3rd year Bachelors in biotechnology at ANNA UNIVERSITY (CHENNAI)-INDIA.

    can I apply for the Southeast Europe and the EU – Leadership Development Program.

    1. Vignesh,

      read first before you ask the question:
      Do you come from one of the following countries:
      * Albania,
      * Bosnia and Herzegovina,
      * Bulgaria,
      * Croatia,
      * FYROM,
      * Greece,
      * Kosovo,
      * Montenegro,
      * Romania,
      * Serbia,
      * Turkey?

      If not, you are not eligible. Good luck in finding other events.

  2. I am from Bulgaria, currently in my last year of Bachelor's degree. I am going to graduate in july. I am very interested in programs like that, because my major is International relations and the field is exactly what I would like to continue my future development in. However, am I eligible to apply, since I am not a graduate yet. In may is my final exam session and in the beginning of July I will take my state exams. This is my only concern and I believe I meet the other criteria.
    Thank you for your response in advanse!

    1. Dear Iva,

      this programme is aimed at "Students who are currently pursuing or are about to begin their postgraduate studies", you are not pursuing your postgraduate studies, but maybe you are about to begin them (which means – you are about to start your Master, which I have no information about), so I'd say, you might be eligible, but I'd also direct your concern to ldp@coleurope.eu to be completely sure.

      Good luck.

      Kristina,

      Mladiinfo
