    1. Hi, Javid,

I was reading through all the documents, but there is not a single mention about a NA office (as far as I know, there is no NA office in Azerbaijan nor in any South-Caucasian country).

The question is if Azerbaijan is eligible, well, the question is if Azerbaijan is one of the "NATO’s member and partner countries." – and I am reading on wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NATO) that Azerbaijan is cooperating with NATO through The Partnership for Peace Program, so it is a partner country and therefore as a citizen of Azerbaijan, you may apply.

      Best,

      Kristina,
