Based on the competences and responsibilities that arise from the Statute and the Charter of registration, based on 24th Article, of the Internal Statute of the Organization, refernce number 01/03/ 2011, approved in 1st Election Assembly of KISCOMS, held in Albania on 13th Agust 2011, Central Office of the Project, KISCOMS III- MACEDONIA 2012, today, at 25th November 2011, issues this : NOTIFICATION AND INVITATION FOR APPLYING IN KISCOMS III- MACEDONIA 2012
This notification and invitation is directed to Medical Science Students and Helath Profesionists to all places, countries and Universities in the region, Europe and world, and comes in the framework of the activities that are preceding the scientific project KISCOMS III- MACEDONIA 2012, a project that is orginized in cooparation with Student Parliamet of State University of Tetovo(SUT), under the auspices of Vice-Prime-Minister of Republic of Macedonia, Musa Xhaferi and the Rector of State University of Tetovo (SUT), Prof. Dr. Agron Reka!
This Project represents a tradition in continuation of the 1st Congress, KISCOMS I- KOSOVA 2008 (realized under the auspices of University of Prishtina), and dhe 2nd Congress, KISCOMS II- ALBANIA 2010 (realized under auspices of the Prime-Minister of Republic of Albania, Prof.Dr. Sali Berisha), and strongly supported from Governmental, Education, Health and Scientific Institutions of Republic of Kosovo and Republic of Albania,from respected international Organizations, such as USAID office and WHO office, as well as International Virtual e-Hospital, Prject founded from the Professor os Urgent Surgery and Traumatology in University of Arizona, USA, Prof.dr. Rifat Latifi, and supported from U.S. State Depratment.
KISCOMS III- MACEDONIA 2012, will be held from 9th-13th May in 2012. The Oppening Ceremony will be held in Skopje, on the Day of Europe, on 9th May, in the presence of a lot of personalities from Governemental, Education and Scientific Institutions, from Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, and different countries, included here the office of WHO and KE and some other world organization. Sessions and Scientific Presentations will be held in Struga, on the date 10th, 11th and 12th May, in EuroHotel in Struga. While the closure of the scientific presentations of KISCOMS III- MACEDONIA 2012, will be done on 13th May in SUT- State University of Tetova.
Official language of KISCOMS III- MACEDONIA 2012, is English language, Albanian and Macedonian. Abstracts has to be well edited, without language errors and has to be sent in english version, prepared in Times New Roman/ No. 12, and no more than 1 page A4 format in word document. Also the works in PP-Power Point, has to be in English language, while the presentation can be done also in Albanian or Macedonian language.
Eligibility
This call is open to to Medical Science Students and Helath Profesionists to all places, countries and Universities in the region, Europe and world. All students and helath professionists, that espress their desire, will and readiness for giving their contribution in realizing the project can be contributors. In this way, KISCOMS, opens its doors and its will to create place for all of those students and health professionists, that except of learning, examinations and daily profesional work, to have the necessary place for beeing active and for giving ideas and contribution in realizing the scientific project, in global size.
Costs
While the application for scientific works will be opened till the 31st January 2012, the application for passive participants, will be continued and will be opened till 30th April. The fees for participating in the Congress, are devided in 4 packages, plus package V, Post-Congress :
Package -I- participating in the Congress, for students, till 31st January, is 69.99 € + transport. For all members of the KISCOMS network, 59.99 €+ transport ! (*). While for health professionist, is 79.99 € + transport (respectively, 69.99 € + transport, if they are members of KISCOMS network).
Package -II-participating in the Congress, for students, from 1st February, to 30 April, is 79.99 € + transport. For all members of the KISCOMS network, 69.99 €+ transport ! (*).While for health professionist, is 89.99 € + transport (respectively, 79.99 € + transport,if they are members of KISCOMS network).
Package -III- participating in the Congress, for students, after 30th April, is 89.99 € + transport. For all members of the KISCOMS network, 79.99 €+ transport ! (*).While for health professionist, is 99.99 € + transport (respectively, 89.99 € + transport, if they are members of KISCOMS network).
Remember that, the transport from Kosovo and Albania will be organized (information for the payment of transportation will be latter). Also, for the participants from Macedonia, transportation will be done in an organized way. The annual membership in KISCOMS network, for students is € 4.99, while for health professionals is € 9.99). Payment for membership is made separately from payment for participation in the congress.
Package-IV-only participation in the congress, for students (without transportation, without sleep and without food) up to 31st January, is € 24.99, up to April 30 is € 34.99, after date of April 30 is € 44.99. For all members of the KISCOMS network , up to date 31st January, is € 14.99, up to date. April 30 is € 24.99, after date April 30 is € 34.99. While, Package IV, to participate in the congress, to health professionals, up to date. 31st January, is € 34.99, up to date. April 30 is € 44.99, after date. April 30 is € 54.99, (respectively, up to date. 31st January, € 24.99, up to date. 30 April, is € 34.99, and after dat. 30 April, is € 44.99, if they are members of KISCOMS network.
In Package-I, II and III are included:
– The package of printed and electronic information on the performance of Congress; Newsletter on international summer school project, organized by KISCOMS, practical work (which starts for the first time in August 2012); The first number and promoting the newspaper for students, professionals and medical sciences, international project KISCOMS, English edition, Newsletter on international scientific journal (which will be implemented starting from January 2013), international project KISCOMS, English edition, which will publish the best works from Congress, food, juices and carbonated beverages throughout the trip by bus, ID identification card; participation in the solemn opening ceremony and cocktail : Accommodation in double rooms -and triple room , sleeping 4 nights (9, 10, 11 and 12 May) and the morning 4 days (10, 11, 12 and 13 May), Book of abstracts and participation in all scientific sessions EuroHotel in Struga, Official Jerseys / T-shirts of congress; Water and coffee during breaks in the scientific sessions, use of the Internet network to WFI in all interior spaces and surroundings of the hotel, use of the sports center, parking and private beaches of the hotel , participation in work-shop, party and party karaoke and in the organized visit to Skopje, Tetovo, Ohrid and Struga Insurance 24 hours in interior spaces and surrounding of the hotel; participation at the closing ceremony in Tetovo, DVD / CD with photos, video footage and material KISCOMS I, II KISCOMS and III-MACEDONIA KISCOMS 2012; Certificate accredited by the state institutions, educational, scientific and health of the Republic of Macedonia, etc … !
Package-V-POST-Congress:
From now on , in the context of the congress, will be the post-congress, which in KISCOMS III MACEDONIA 2012 is planned to be realized in the Republic of Macedonia and in Republic of Kosovo and Albania. For all other details will be informed in time.
Application
Application with scientific works will be done online on the website, as well as on kiscoms.center@gmail.com, and will be oppened till the 31st January. While the list for scientific works valued from the Scientific Committee for presentation in the Congress will be published on 15th February 2012. We remind you that the authors of the 3 best works for Presentation, will be free of fees. The application for pasive participants continues and will be opened till the 30th April 2012.
