  4. Dear Mladiinfo crew, I have a question regarding the eligibility. I have a Bachelor from University of Belgrade, Master in one EU country, and I want to apply for Phd programme within this scholarship, at the University of Warsaw. However, I have spent more than 12 months in one EU country (some 15 months, graduating a Master and doing traineeships). Can I apply anyway? How important is the '12 months' criteria?
