The project ”Training youth leaders for Europe” aims to train young activists to become leaders and provide them with the theory, skills and tools necessary to design implement and evaluate effective activities and programmes themselves in order to generate optimum learning outcomes and improved performance. The training course will take place in Malmo and will gather 24 participants from 4 European countries (Sweden, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia). It is planned as an intensive 6-day long training course using the method of non-formal education in order to create an appropriate learning environment by focusing on learning by experience, reflection on the past activities of the participants, discussions about the key competencies of leaders and discovering more about Europe and European citizenship.

This project will improve the youth work done on the topic of Europe, especially linking the young Citizens and the EU.
