Description

New Economic School- Georgia is a nonprofit and nongovernmental society for dissemination of economic knowledge and common sense policy advocacy based in Tbilisi. The NESG, in partnership with the International Society of Individual Liberty (USA), and the South Caucasus Office of Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (Germany), organises the 8th International Summer Camp “Lessons of Liberty”.

This year the summer camp will be held from Thursday 21 August until Wednesday 27 August in Ureki, Georgia. The theme for the 2014 session is freedom and entrepreneurship and the main goals of the project are:

  • to identify theoretical role of an entrepreneur;
  • to determine the influence of religion, history, culture, tradition, values on the image of an entrepreneur in countries of participants;
  • to design publicity campaign for facilitation of the spirit of entrepreneurship and image of entrepreneur as that of a creator and innovator among youth.

Eligibility

The only requirement in order to participate in the summer camp is to have a minimal knowledge in entrepreneurship.

The selection will be made based on the CV and the motivation letter.

Costs

The participation fee for this camp is 110 EUR per participant. This fee includes full accommodation, meals, seminar materials and transportation from and to Tbilisi.
