Description

The Chicago Tribune is accepting applications for its summer internship program. Paid interns will work 40-hour weeks for a 12 week session.

Students can apply to work in the following newsroom departments: metro, sports, business, graphics, copy editing, design, photo/video, entertainment, events, social media and lifestyle. The newspaper’s editorial board also offers a part-time, 12-week internship for students interested in opinion writing.

Eligibility

  • Candidates must have completed at least one internship at a daily news organization other than their college paper;
  • Candidates must be able to work in the United States legally.

This internship is paid.

Limit your clips to five to seven pieces that represent your best work and show your range of experience.
