The Washington Post is an American daily newspaper. It is the most widely circulated newspaper published in Washington, D.C., and founded on December 6, 1877, making it the area’s oldest extant newspaper. Located in the capital city of the United States, the newspaper has a particular emphasis on national politics. Daily editions are printed for the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. The newspaper is published as a broadsheet, with photographs printed both in color and in black and white. The Washington Post offers 12-week paid internships for reporters on the local, financial, sports, style and editorial desks, as well as internships for visual journalists, multi-platform and interactivity producers and web designers.
You must be a college junior, senior or graduate student enrolled in a degree program on 16 October 2016.You must have had at least one professional news media job or internship.
Interns are paid USD 750 per week.
