Description

Winning Writers was established in 2001, and is now one of the best 101 websites for writers. It has arranged this contest as to celebrate their 18 years of journey.

Eligibility

• Submit one humor poem in English. This poem should be your own original work. You may submit the same poem simultaneously to this contest and to others, and you may submit a poem that has been published or won prizes elsewhere. (However, please do not submit a poem that has previously received recognition at Winning Writers.);
• Poets of all ages may enter;
• Your poem should not exceed 250 lines in length.

Award

The participants shall get the chance of gaining the following benefits:

• the winner shall get USD 1,000 and a one-year gift certificate;
• the second winner shall receive prize money of USD 250;
• 10 awards of USD 100 each to the winners of honorable mentions;
• top 12 entries shall be published online;
• to participate in an international competition with no fee.
