Description

The main goal of the „SETYN“ project is to promote good management of youth NGOs in West Balkans and European Union, to help development of efficient, sustainable and resilient youth organisations, as well as to increase their organisational capacities for efficient management of programmes that will engage, connect and empower youth in different areas of the world.

The project is being implemented by: Mladiinfo Montenegro (Montenegro), Mladiinfo International (North Macedonia), Mladiinfo Slovensko (Slovakia), Mladiinfo Poland (Poland), Klub za oznaživanje mladih 018 (Club for youth empowerment 018) ( Srbija), ACCESS (Kosovo), Balkan youth activism (Albania), Bravo (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
Training course 2 will focus on financial management of the organization. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about fundraising, project writing, Erasmus plus Program, European Solidarity Corps, etc. Together, they will work on creation of a manual with topic “How to lead youth NGO”.

Eligibility

Young people 18-30 old from Poland.

Benefits

All costs related to the training are covered by the organizers. The organizers will reimburse 100% of participant´s travel costs from your home town to the project venue, within the valid budget sums. They recommend all participants outside of the EU to come by car since it is the most convenience method. Fuel costs will be reimbursed 0,20 EUR per km and tolls would be reimbursed too.
Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon presentation of all (including return) original tickets, receipts/invoices and boarding passes and later sending of the return documents and boarding passes.
Please keep the boarding passes from your airport check-in as well. Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and receipt/invoice. They need bills covering all the numbers so we won’t reimburse costs we don’t have proof for.
Participants that didn’t send their tickets from the first training MUST bring them now in Montenegro.
You must come from the country that you applied for our project. (For example, if you participate from Germany, you must come from Germany).
