XIV International Accounting Research Symposium represents a unique opportunity to attend lectures by expert faculty, and also, to interact with colleagues and receive feedback both on developed (papers) and developing projects (early stage ideas).
This XIV edition is organized by INDEM (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid) in collaboration with the Ramón Areces Foundation and the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. The Symposium is directed by Prof. Leandro Cañibano and coordinated by Prof. Beatriz García Osma. International experts participate in the symposium, to discuss the latest developments in the main areas of contemporary accounting research, including: Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, International Accounting and Management Accounting Research.
The Symposium is addressed to Ph.D. students, early-stage faculty and researchers in Accounting and Finance.
Registration is free of charge and open until May 25, 2018. The Ramon Areces Foundation offers up to 10 full scholarships, to assist participants with travel and accommodation expenses, up to a maximum of 300 EUR each.

- Short CV;
- Letter addressed to the Director of the Foundation motivating the need for funds.
