Description

Do you have an idea for a Central European event? Do you have an idea for a project that goes across borders? Then maybe we can help you with a grant.

With grants, Visegrad Fund supports cross-border and transnational projects in Visegrad region, Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans countries. With grants, they seek to advance innovative ideas that address shared challenges by high quality regional cooperation projects. Whether you are pursuing arts, work with vulnerable groups or focus on innovative entrepreneurship, we believe regional cooperation can bring positive change to your field or community.

They seek organizations that aim to share knowledge, enhance innovation and engage citizens in the Visegrad region and across Central and Eastern Europe. They want to partner with those that can make a difference—no matter if you are a small civic group focused on the local community, or an experienced, nation-wide organization.

Eligibility

No matter where your organization is from, you can apply for grants if your project develops active cooperation with organizations from at least 3 Visegrad countries. Only a single project application per applicant can be submitted at a time, but you can re-apply once all your previous projects financed by the Fund have been concluded.

They provide funding to a diverse range of activities in all areas of life. From small cross-border projects that strive to improve mutual understanding in the border areas to multilateral initiatives with potential to benefit people across the whole region.

Benefits

Specific conditions apply for each of the three grant programs. Grants can cover up to 100% of the project budget with 15% for overheads.
