Description

The University of Bucharest launches the competition for a number of  4 post-doctoral scholarships worth 10,000 euros each. The duration of  the scholarship is of one calendar year.  The scholarships  are awarded within the Research Center of the University of Bucharest, as follows:

1. Section : Humanities  – 1 scholarship 
Fields : philosophy, history, letters, foreign languages, theology.

Fields : business and administration, law, journalism , sociology, social assistance, psychology, educational sciences,  political sciences.

3. Section : Sciences  – 1 scholarship
Fields : mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry.

Eligibility

Researchers, PhD holders in the fields corresponding with the selected research position.

Scholarship

The annual scholarship worth EUR 10,000 (renewable) is meant to offer material support to highly qualified foreign researchers. The amount is payable in Romanian currency, in 12 monthly installments.

Application deadline is 12 December 2014.
