Description
NGO Slovo is looking for participants for an international training “Khamoro Shares Experience”, which will take place within the 17th edition of World Roma Festival Khamoro. The training will be held from 23-31 May 2015, in Prague, Czech Republic.
Main aim of this training is to encourage creativity and develop organizational skills of young Roma towards the implementation of cultural projects. There are many talented and educated Roma artists, but few who have studied (cultural) management or who have had the opportunity of becoming a part of a production team which implements professional program.
Eligibility
- Young Roma people who are involved in art and cultural activities;
- Age of participants 20 – 30 years;
- Efficient level of English;
- People from EU and Non EU countries (but not overseas) are eligible for the training.
Costs
- The organizers cover 100% of the travel costs, accommodation, food, and materials for the training;
- Participation fee is 20 euros;
- All participants will get a festival-pass for Khamoro 2015.

Deadline for the call is 11 February 2015, selection of the participant will made till the end of the February 2015 and the organizers will select 10 applicants from abroad and 5 from Czech Republic.
